Summary

Dynamically display information about the applicability of any piece of content based on both content hierarchy and release status over time.

• Explicitly set the order of applies_to badges. For example, lead with Serverless badges, then Stack, etc. Update applies_to Stack/Serverless/Deploy/Product render order #1727
• Display applies_to badges in order of release, with the most recent first. Add automatic applies_to version sorting #1726
