Description
What Happened?
I have these four apps that just don't behave correctly upon closing to background specifically on Pantheon, but otherwise behave correctly on other DEs and Distros: Karere(but it's valid also for WhatSie and ZapZap,all 3 are Flathub/Flatpak WhatsApp clients for desktop),Equibop(a custom Discord client, fork of Vesktop),native Steam, and Teams for Linux. This is probably valid for any app that has this option by default as well. Happens on both Classic and Secure Sessions.
Steps to Reproduce
1-Open the app
2-Configure the app to close to the background instead of quitting right away(or don't,some apps do this by default like Steam and Equibop/Vesktop)
3-Try to resume the app from the background apps' dock tray and/or configure its settings through the pop-up menu that Pantheon has.
4-Nothing happens when clicking the icon in the dockbar, specially true for Equibop and Teams-for-Linux,because the earlier can only resume from the tray while the latter has pop-up menu settings which only work within the tray icon.
4.1-Also the apps spawn multiple instances when in the tray instead of using a single process, meaning I have to open the process monitor and force quit the app to close it from the tray. This is partially fixed following the latest Pantheon update, now I can click one of them and after a good delay the app in question will close.
Expected Behavior
My expected behavior would be closer to how KDE,Cinnamon,COSMIC and even Windows deal with background apps: Upon right clicking the minimized app,it pops up a menu with the options for quitting it,resuming it to the foreground or in case of some other apps like Teams-for-Linux and ZapZap,it pops up a more advanced menu with shortcuts to the wrapper/in-app settings.
