A script to ensure JSON and SSZ examples match

#128 adds corresponding SSZ examples for the corresponding JSON examples. As we continue to develop for future forks, it would be nice to have a script which could check whether the JSON examples and SSZ examples match. This could be a standalone python script which could be fit into a CI action.
