Add the option to list AppImages to the Packages field.
Motivation
It's common nowadays for people to use AppImage Launchers/Managers (e.g. Gear Lever) which put all their AppImages in a folder like ~/AppImages.
Having those also listed would be a nice small QoL feature that'd be nice for those who want to show off AppImages too.
