Just copying over my suggestions :)

• Run as Administrator
• Edit button in script preview
• Manually added apps
  - You'll never make everyone happy no matter how many are listed but you could
  - make the existing list searchable
  - add a tab for Manual Apps?
  - A simple text box or two to add an app via chocolatey or Winget
  ie:
  - Chocolatey: "firefoxdev googlechromebeta" Version: ??
  - Winget: " Mozilla.Firefox.DeveloperEdition" [ ] Silent [ ] Graphical
  - Add a search option or maybe even there is a way to integrate a live search with this as well!
  - Prefetch a list and make a database to search

Could you also add highlight to the toggle switches to show ON/OFF
