Automatically adjust .gitignore on local:init

Local Beach should check and adjust the .gitignore so that:

• .LocalBeach is not checked in
• Configuration/ is checked in, so that the database configuration in Configuration/Development/Beach/Settings.yaml is part of the project

• .LocalBeach could just be appended to .gitignore
• For the configuration it's a bit more complicated (there might be some rules already set up…) so we could just force-add the created Settings.yaml. That way the developer clearly sees it's there and should be versioned and can adjust things on her own as needed…
