Upgrade from rails 6 to rails 7 very slow when connect tjadvisory-staging.s3.amazonaws.com

I upgrade from rails 6 to 7.1 and meet issues production very slow. WHen I check performance issue I get

My gem: bundle list | grep fog
bundle list | grep excon

• fog-aws (3.30.0)
• fog-core (2.6.0)
• fog-json (1.2.0)
• fog-xml (0.1.5)
• excon (1.2.5)

Please help me check this issues

I don't know of anything that would have changed in fog-aws that should have impacted the performance universally, and I don't know of anything in that Rails bump that should create this kind of change either. Could you share a bit more about how you are using fog-aws and why you think that is the performance culprit to help me understand?
