Description
One of the features that we'd like to enhance is the ability for users to find similar cases. Currently, this feature is only available in the context of case law / opinion through keywords. To enhance this feature, we could add citation overlap for similar case law search (or at least show the count of citation overlap next to the MLT similar opinions), essentially, opinion A cited 10 outbound opinions and opinion B also cites 8 of the 10 outbound opinions.
Below is one idea of how this could better inform user of similar opinions and maybe a filter by number of citation overlap?
