Button on the website to report bugs or data issues

It would be nice to add a button on the website that (logged in & verified) users can use to report bugs or data issues.

An average user doesn't know how to use GitHub but everyone knows how to fill out a form. It can have drop-downs like "what type of issue - dev bug, data error, etc", "which data - case law, docket, etc", "issue details - typo, wrong link, etc", "how to fix - text".

As I read through case laws for citator, I find data issues that I wish I could easily report & help fix, things like OCR typo or duplicate opinions. Basically leverage crowdsourcing to enhance data quality & we can leverage volunteers to review these reports to ensure quality/dedupe/assign priority. As we add AI-generated features, it may also help inform us of the AI-generated data quality for periodic recalibration.

Yeah, this idea comes around pretty regularly, and we should do it sooner or later. I know @flooie, and @s-taube both have ideas about this too.

I'm doubt we could use volunteers to review this queue though, since it'd be data provided by users, but we're getting to the point where we could have somebody on staff pay attention and prioritize.

I imagine it could have a few front end interfaces:

• 🚩 — "Report a problem"
• 👍🏻 👎🏻 — "Was this helpful?", "Are these good results?" etc.
• 😄 😐 😦 — "How did this make you feel?"

Maybe those are all different back end tools, but it's at least worth thinking about whether they could all be the same feature on the back end, even if they're different on the front end.

Anyhow good to start thinking about and designing/incorporating.
