Part6b: Part 6.9 exercise doesn't reset step numbering

It would be expected that after the change of the title from anecdotes in 6.8: anecdotes, step6 to Better anecdotes in 6.9 Better anecdotes, step7, the step numbering is reset to 6.9 Better anecdotes, step1.

I think it would be better to remove better, and continue the numeration because its same project
