I'm glad to see that you've included Maria as an example of someone who prefers to read in Spanish in your examples https://a11y.canada.ca/en/guides/personas/#sample-personas
I'm curious how we can better engage folks to think about accessibility barriers for all personas, rather than just a set of accessibility personas. They can be expensive to setup & get to know, so how do we make it easier for folks to just build in as an empathy tool for every digital project?
Useful too to think of authors with disabilities and not just users.
