What process does the git-for-windows project follow for updating other utilities?

GNU awk 5.0.0 is getting a little long in the tooth, isn't it? MSYS2 has 5.3.2-1. Is there a regular cadence for updating the other utilities included within the Git Bash environment?

Our SDK repos sync packages every 24 hours. For packages we pick up from Msys2, that means we get them within a day of Msys2. For packages we package ourselves, it means the same, but we need to build the package ourselves, before that. For most packages our monitor-components workflow or our track-website-changes repository notify us of new releases within 24 hours. For most packages we have an updated version in our SDK repos within 48 hours (during weekdays) of upstream publishing a new release.

gawk somehow isn't monitored, but packaged by us. It seems we originally packaged our own gawk for #1524 , but that seems to no longer be nescesary since git-for-windows/MSYS2-packages@ba83e8b .
