Requirements:

• Add Teams tab that will allow users to view team level metrics
• It should allow users to compare multiple teams against other
• teams should be read from either enterprise or organization - depending on the configuration/scope
• Data displayed should include:
  • acceptance rate count,
  • feature usage over time - IDE code completions, IDE chat, github.com chat, github.com PR
  • comparison of languages used and editors used (between teams)
  • comparison of models used (between teams)
• teams page should use date range filter

there should be a link to team level metrics in for format of
/orgs/octo-demo-org/teams/the-a-team or /enterprises/octo-demo-ent/teams/the-a-team
