Claude Code instructions use a command that does not exist

There's no claude mcp update command. You need to configure everything at once with claude mcp add or claude mcp add-json.

Adding some more clarity on this PR @serhalp. Tested Claude Code in depth and I'm more confident about that part in the doc on this patch.
