Account is blocked and support doesn't respond #20946

Hi everyone. Last week i was working on Gitpod but suddenly i was notified that account is blocked. I've sent two requests to support but still no response(requests 15656, 15608). Its been a week. Could someone here to help me with this?
Steps to reproduce
I'm able to login but when i start any workspace i get message

Any workspace i start
Expected behavior
No response
