BigQuery support for Annotations

We use BigQuery as a data source for our annotations. It works perfectly but based on the API provided I can't figure out how to implement this configuration with grafonnet.

The schema I want to implement looks like this:

I know, my question is how to properly set rawQuery and rawSQL in the grafonnet.
