Running as a lib, from c++, without python.

Hi, I am looking to run ply loading and rasterize the gaussians to an image,  all from c++. I have this code built as a lib, but am stuck on how to pass ply data in correctly and format it to rasterize. 

Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
