[bug] griffe incompatible with PydanticAI

Describe the bug
It is impossible to use Guardrails with Pydantic AI because the former requires griffe>=0.36.9,<0.37.0 and the later requires griffe>=1.3.2.

I'd love to use the two projects together. Does Guardrails need the specific version it's using or can it be upgraded? I'm happy to test things myself and submit a PR but I'm not sure what

Good to merge it once it does, but might still be a good idea to get yours out
