Add Locale from Vue UI not work #196

Vue CLI:4.5.11vue-cli-plugin-i18n: ^2.1.0
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
ex:
- Execute vue ui
- Go to 'Localizations'
- Click on '+ Add a locale'
Expected behavior
Button not work, no way to manage localitzations from ui
