Feature: Filter out 'none' devices in deployment

Using the new node.clone plugin it becomes really easy to generate large numbers of devices.
It would be useful to instantiate a topology containing 'none' devices, claiming IP addresses etc. but not existing as containers

Implemented with unmanaged nodes (or some such ;)
