Can we have interface delay , or it's just too much of a EIGRP specific knob ? (That's my main use case). Its trivial to add it in a plugin, but then you add several seconds to lab boot time for almost nothing....

It's completely EIGRP-specific knob, and I don't think it's configurable on anything but Cisco platforms (where it remains due to EIGRP). Even MPLS-TE only takes bandwidth into account.

Having said that, there's nothing wrong with having eigrp.delay interface attribute, and it would be even better if you would be kind enough to implement it on NX-OS as well.

Anything else you would want to see here ? BFD, redist ? Other thing which may make sense ?

Both? Redistribution into EIGRP would definitely be nice.
