Need to reselect SSH key on restarts

Hi,

I have an issue with the Cyberduck app store version which I've purchased where whenever I restart the cyberduck application, the bookmarks never remember the saved SSH keys and I have to navigate to the folder and reselect it. This is somewhat annoying because the web downloadable version works fine but then has the donate warning on exit, and the app store version closes without the warning but I have to select the keys each time.

Any work arounds to get my registration code from my purchased app store version and add it to the downloaded version?

I don't want to move all my keys.
