Implement AGENTS.md support for project context #10

Jupyternaut should automatically discover and utilize AGENTS.md files to understand project-specific instructions, build processes, and coding conventions. AGENTS.md is an emerging standard format for providing context and guidance to AI coding agents, similar to how README.md provides information to humans. By supporting AGENTS.md, Jupyternaut can provide more relevant, project-aware assistance without requiring users to repeatedly explain their project setup.
