I think the instructions of this lab might be a bit outdated. Especially when using IntelliJ as there are some different creation flows for Gradle.

With that said, I'm a complete newb to Kotlin and was just trying to see the end result of building something quick. There might be a bit of an assumption that Java developers would be going through this lab and can quickly edit the configurations for Gradle. (I had created a project with Gradle Kotlin instead of Groovy and was super confused when copying in the configs) Cloning and building also didn't seem to work either, but I didn't look to much into why this was.
