Download notes:

If you download the zip file directly from github, please do the following to rename the folder:

unzip lscache_prestashop-master.zip
mv lscache_prestashop-master litespeedcache
zip -r litespeedcache.zip litespeedcache

Then you can use the newly created litespeedcache.zip for uploading.
