[Feat]: Add "Read Only" property to all components

Most components don't have the "Read Only" property

Describe the solution you'd like
Add "Read Only" property to all components

Additional context
While e.g. text input component includes the "Read Only" property, most input components don't include this property, making it impossible to conditionally set who can and cannot edit a field within the app.
