[FR] Release a min version (new repo) #53

It is hoped to create an organization for this purpose! @mProjectsCode
- Can include an
obsidian-codeblock-enhance-min, the new repository can help people download the min version via brat. (Just like one of my plugins: https://github.com/any-block/obsidian-any-block-min) - refactor, feat: support notationHightligh (close #50), feat: editing in live preview (close #19, about #44) #51 PR may be not be merged? It feels too different from the initial plugin architecture. Most of the old code has not been used (This was something I didn't think of at the beginning). It can be used as a new plugin?
