[Improvement]: make cursor-pointer for accept buttons on cookies popup #8798

Summary
On visiting plane.so it shows a accept cookies popup at bottom-right. It has two buttons accept all and accept required, both do not have cursor pointer. I tried to fix it by forking and working on it but couldn't locate the file in which these buttons are present.
visit plane.so and hover on both buttons to verify it.
Why should this be worked on?
All buttons and clickable items across landing page have cursor pointer except these two. It is a standard practice so these buttons should also support cursor-pointer.
