Add installation instructions (including required Dokan versions)

I am unable to get sshfs.cli working on Win10 x64. I tried several different versions of Dokany resulting in either:
Unhandled Exception: DokanNet.DokanException: Version error

Or:
Unhandled Exception: Unhandled Exception: Unhandled Exception: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

It would be useful to add extra documentation specifying what other software and which specific versions need to be installed to get sshfs.cli working. Thanks!

@dvut That's odd, it doesn't look like there's been any new major versions of Dokany since I first set this project up (which was with Dokany version 1.1). Assuming that's the version you have it should work correctly.

Could you run the following in a Powershell session and paste the output?

((Get-ItemProperty "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows nt\CurrentVersion\" -Name ProductName).ProductName)

I guess one thing that can be done to avoid this sort of issue is setting up some CI for installing and exercising the basic functionality on a few common Windows versions. The steps used to install prerequisites + win-sshfs in the CI can then just be dumped in the README.
