[BUG]: Alt+tab is delayed (for 0-200ms, inconsistent) when Revi is installed alongside privacy.sexy

Describe the bug

On a clean windows installation, applying the privacy.sexy Standard preset privacy script, then installing ReviOS via Ameliorated results in Alt+Tab functionality being inconsistently delayed, a very jarring experience. This did not occur up until I installed ReviOS, nor did it happen when I didn't apply privacy.sexy

Gloss: privacy.sexy is a corpora of privacy enhancement commands and tweaks for Windows available on github. Overview of functionalities include disabling telemetry, onedrive, biometrics etc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Format a computer with the official Windows 10 .iso from Microsoft.
2. Update the computer
3. Apply privacy.sexy standard preset. Observe that Alt+Tab's are never delayed.
4. Install ReviOS
5. Observe Alt+Tab's are inconsistently delayed.

Environment

• OS Build Number & Edition: Windows 10 22H2 19045.5854
• ReviOS Version: ReviOS 10 24.12
• Specs: OPTIMUS system, Ryzen 7 4800H, GTX 1650 Ti Mobile
