No support for SampleAccumulator

🐛 Describe the bug

The observability/Readme mentions SampleAccumulator however I am not sure if it is supported with the current reductions.

I see an open pull request for it in Add Sample-level Logging API #486. I was just curious when it will be added.

Is there a hack for now while the conflicts are resolved to log all the completions?

hey @Vashistht , thanks for opening the issue. We will land #486 probably early next week. Until then, the only hack i can think of is the good old print. Sorry about that.

As you try the metric logging, let us know if you have any feedback. It is pretty experimental still, so any insights are welcomed.
