Manually optimize images

There are some images of sizes that we should reconsider their role and size. Perhaps their dimensions can be reduced or can they be converted from PNG to JPG if they have a lot of color or are a photograph?

Especially these:

/static/images/homewood-coverage-map-2.png 
/assets/images/backgrounds/bg-hero.png
/assets/images/internet.png
/static/images/6.png
/static/images/meta-mesh-team-atop-the-cathedral-of-learning-left-adam-longwill-right-jacob-driggs-1.jpg
/assets/images/img_20200813_090447_3.jpg
/static/images/new-ken-heat-map.jpg
/assets/images/infrastructure.png

These can probably be deleted:

/themes/hugo-theme-meshna/assets/images/screenshot.png
/themes/hugo-theme-meshna/assets/images/tn.png
