Include performance tests in workflows

Add functionality to support

• Adding performance test apps (like test apps)
• Automatically run and publish performance test results
• Compare performance test results to latest release (the baseline) + latest builds (second baseline -> trending)
• Set threshold for warnings and errors on performance regressions
• Ability to ignore performance regressions for one release (resetting the baseline)
• Graphical viewer of performance test results
