Update AL-Go System Files fails not able to create Pull Request

I have started getting errors when the Update AL-Go System Files has updates to post saying that, (screenshot included at the end):

GitHub actions are not allowed to create Pull Requests (see GitHub Organization or Repository Actions Settings). You can create the PR manually

I did have this working and not sure what has changed. I did try and move to GitHub app for the token but kept getting errors all over so moved back to the PAT until I get time to look properly at the App route. I'm not sure if the issue started then or not. It could just be happening on Repos with branch rules on the main branch.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Just looking at my settings and I do have the following although the instructions suggest this should be ok, lathough I do have in my rule that a review is required, could that be it?

Have you checked repository and organizational settings under Settings -> Actions -> General -> Workflow permissions - that you are allowed to create PRs from actions?

Actually, that should just be the default GITHUB_TOKEN permissions - they shouldn't come into play.
What permissions did you give the PAT?

Please also ensure that the labels you're trying to add already exist in your repo. GitHub labels are case sensitive as far as I remember.
