Describe the issue

We can not execute a SalesHeader.Modify(FALSE) , when the Subscription & Recurring Billing App is installed without having a dependency to the app.

Expected behavior

SalesHeader.Modify(false) should always be possible.

Steps to reproduce

add Code for if not RunTrigger then exit;
