Comment Thread Filter "Most Recent Comment" #5318

I would like to request a new filter in addition to "Toggle Resolved Comments" and "Show Unresolved Comments." This filter would hide all comment threads in the panel where I have written the most recent comment. If someone reviews my PR and I respond to their comment without resolving it (since I expect a reply), I would prefer not to see that comment thread in the panel until I receive their response.
