Agent creating new file does not get undone (empty file left)

1. Agent mode, tell it "create new sort.py file with some python sorting"
2. Once done. Click on Undo
3. Notice the sort.py file is still present, but empty 🐛

The file should not be there if the user has clicked on Undo.
