When the execution policy is set to AllSigned, the module cannot be executed.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Because the module is not signed, it cannot be executed under the AllSigned policy. We consider this a critical issue in maintaining the integrity of our security policy. Therefore, we request that the module be made executable even when the AllSigned policy is enforced.

As far as I'm aware our modules are signed. However as per #3418 there is a gap where there are some scripts included which are not.

I'm closing this as a duplicate of #3418

If this is not the case, please provide clear output for the error when your attempt to use the modules under the AllSigned policy so that we can understand how it differs
