New release for the old application URLs

We saw that the new release shouldn't be suitable for the old mindsphere.io application URLs. Nevertheless, we decided to try this on our tenant that has not been migrated and saw that we could upload data to it without any issues, so it raises the question... Why shouldn't we use this new version? What are its limitations?

@Xaznog It should actually work as there is a fallback in the underlying mindconnect-nodejs SDK. I was just not hundred percent sure that everything will work because there were a lot of moving parts.
