Add ability to group tabs together

[nijikokun]

We have a number of pages that have the same tab groups throughout the page and it would be nice to link them together:

## Section A

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Group A" group="group_a">
     Content about Group A here
  </Tab>
  <Tab title="Group B" group="group_b">
     Content about Group B here
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

## Section B

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Group A" group="group_a">
     Content about Group A here
  </Tab>
  <Tab title="Group B" group="group_b">
     Content about Group B here
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

When you click on Group B in Section A it would be nice if Section B also switched to Group B
