Update Agent documentation for new dashboard panel interface

Updated the Agent documentation to reflect the new resizable panel interface accessible via Cmd/Ctrl+I keyboard shortcut. The documentation now describes the three panel views (Chat, History, Settings) and updated instructions for Slack integration and repository configuration.
