Multi platform packages are not published to maven central

Ther is only the jvm version of the lib published.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to use it on js

Lib is working with other targets as dependency

I am sorry i missed that some artifacts are there. So for me, the native platforms are missing. Linux mingw and mac for PC i am intersted in x64 but may be arm should be good as well. Ktor supports this targets as server now.

Currently, we only support jvm, wasmJs, JS (Node), and ios.

Once we split the SDK into separate parts #33 , it won’t be a problem to support most targets. see #151 (comment)
