Notebooks moved

Notebooks have moved from examples/Notebooks to .docs/Notebooks. JSON .ipynb files have been removed from version control in favor of jupytext-managed Python scripts. Rendered notebooks can be viewed in the tutorials and examples galleries on the documentation site.
