Describe the bug

On the page that shows a project's released versions, the "Published" column of the table is displaying placeholder text when hovering, instead of the actual date. It is displaying {date, date, long} at {date, date, short}

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any project page on Modrinth.
  2. Click on the "Versions" tab.
  3. In the "Published" column of the version list, hover over the displayed relative time for any version.
  4. The tooltip shows the raw placeholder {date, date, long} at {date, date, short} instead of a formatted date.

Expected behavior

The tooltip should display a properly formatted, human-readable date (e.g., July 17, 2025), not a raw formatting placeholder.
