2FA stopped working #4032
Description
Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug
When trying to login, 2FA returns an error:
An error occurred Authentication Error: Invalid Authentication Credentials
I have even Backup codes and that's the only way I could enter the website. (I randomly tried to put one of my backup codes into the 2FA area...)
I just tried in to remove and make a new fresh 2FA: new 2FA codes are not recognized.
Steps to reproduce
Go to Modrinth website OR Mordint app for Desktop, try to login, your 2FA don't work.
Expected behavior
2FA working as usual.
