Path Doesnt Change When Switching Between Instances

Describe the bug

When I switch between instances the location bar doesn't change, Here's a preview of that:

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on an instance
2. Click on different instance
3. Look at how the location bar hasn't changed to reflect the instance that u are currently looking at and instead still shows the name of the old instance

Expected behavior

The Location Bar Changing From 'Home > "Instance 1" > Content' to 'Home > "Instance 2" > Content'
