add support for the Guition ESP32-S3-4848S040 board

Hi,
It would be nice to add support for the Guition ESP32-S3-4848S040.
I have tried to use it with some other libraries, but without success.
I noticed that openHASP has support for the board and uses this library.

I tested Arduino_GFX with the ESP32_4848S040_86BOX_GUITION case, one or two weeks ago with the PDQgraphicstest example It was perfect! (ESP32 3.3.1).
Congratulations on this work!
Yesterday Arduino offered me updates that I accepted. I started working on my project again. After incomprehensible system crashes, I wanted to test again with PDQgraphicstest.
And it doesn't work anymore!
