i update my pc to macOS 15.4 and Xcode 16.3 then i have error "ld: library 'System' not found in "

You need to provide much more context than this; what command do you execute, in what context, to hit this.

To be clear - this toolchain isn't intended for developing for macOS, only for cross compiling for Windows, on macOS (among other OSes). But as the bin directory does contain an executable named clang, it's of course possible that you may end up using it as a native macOS compiler as well, unintentionally, when it is added to the $PATH. In that case, you may need to do export SDKROOT=$(xcrun --show-sdk-path), which lets the bundled Clang know how/where to find the macOS system SDK (as part of your Xcode or Command Line Tools install).

i use vscode with cmake tools extensions. cmake version 4.

cmake 4, cmake tools extension, vscode . the problem is one of these three.

Problem was cmake-3.31.6 version later. i uninstall cmake 4 and install cmake-3.31.6 and it's okey all. i report https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/issues/26862
