Error while creating the jest config file

Above is the error I'm getting while executing the command :
npx jest --init

Things I have try to resolve the issue :

1. deleted the node modules from the repository and re-installed using yarn install
2. clear the cache using yarn cache clean --force
3. cleared the laptop temp files
4. copied the config file from your repo from it didn't worked its giving the same error as it is showing while running the jest cmd. (attachment of the error as below)
