Summary
We need to create a stand-alone documentation site for this software pack. It should look just the same as the nebari docs, but the code will live in this repo and be built in CI here. There will be a page on the nebari docs that will link out to these docs.
Be sure to add all of the nebari colors and theming so that they will be available for future use.
This is for the initial setup of docusaurus with no content - only stubs for end user documentation and admin user documentation. We will fill out the content in subsequent repos.
We will integrate netlify at a later date.
